Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs Refunds for Bookings and Services transacted via the SainikMovers platform.
1. User Cancellations
Refunds for Cancellations by Users are subject to Timing & Conditions:
- Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before service.
- Partial refund (up to 50%) if cancelled 48+ hours prior.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of service time.
2. Service Provider Cancellations
- If a Provider Cancels a Confirmed Booking 36+ hours before service, Users will receive a Full Refund, and the Provider may face penalties.
3. Non-Delivery or Substandard Service
- Users must report any Service failure within 24 hours.
- After investigation, eligible refunds (full or partial) may be issued.
4. Payment Disputes
- For payment errors, users must raise a complaint within 3 days of transaction.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
