• Transporters and other Service Providers must be Registered Legal Entities or Individuals with necessary Permits/Licenses.

2. Use of Platform

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Service Providers are responsible for the authenticity of Services offered and shall abide by applicable Transport and Commercial Laws.

3. Booking and Payments

• Users may book Transport or related Services via the platform.
• Prices are subject to confirmation, and bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Obligations

• Users must behave respectfully towards Service Providers.
• Service Providers must provide services as committed.

5. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate conduct.
• Service Providers must provide services as committed.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SainikMovers acts as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for disputes between Users and Service Providers.
• Our liability is limited to the Amount Paid by the User to us directly.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates Acceptance of the Updated Terms.
